We will collect information from you:
• If you register to use our Service; this will include your name and email address. We may ask you to provide additional information about you and your user preferences on a voluntary basis;
• If you create a Facial Profile; this will include the images of your face which you supply to us. The facial recognition technology we use will also analyse those images and collect data and information to create your Facial Profile;
• If you use the service to Search for other Users; we keep records of the Searches which have been carried out by Users of the Services as well as the results which were returned;
• If you interact with other users on the Website (for example by asking them to join a Group or sending them a message) we will keep a copy of your communications with the other Users;
• If you complete online forms, take part in surveys, write posts on any message boards or blogs, enter any competitions or prize draws, download information, or participate in any other interactive areas that appear on our Service or which we offer to you from time to time;
• If you contact us offline for example by telephone, fax, email or post;
• If you provide your contact details to us when registering to use or accessing the Service;
• Indirectly, through one of our people or a third party; by means of ’cookies’ when you use our site; and in the form of ’traffic data’.
Please note that if you register to use our Service by using your Twitter or Facebook Account, we will use the information received from you, including the data received from your Twitter or Facebook account, to provide access to our Service.
• We will use your information to enable you to access and use the Service. In particular, we will use the information you provide to create a Facial Profile for you. We will also use your information to enable others to Search for your Facial Profile using images in their possession.
• We may contact you for feedback on your use of our Service or use your information for marketing purposes as described in section 6 below.
• We may also analyse the information that we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our website and what we can offer.
• We may disclose your information to third parties in the following circumstances:
• We will disclose the information contained in your Facial Profile with other Users who carry out Searches, using images in their possession (i.e. where the facial recognition technology we use identifies you as a possible match for the Search);
• We will share certain information which is required to create your Facial Profile with the technology partner we use from time (our "Technology Partner") who supplies the facial recognition technology used in the Service. Our current Technology Partner is Sky Biometry. We may add to or switch our chosen Technology Partner at any time and should any change to our Technology Partners occur, you will be informed of this via email. Please note that our Technology Partner will be solely responsible for the purposes for which and the manner in which they process this information. • Suppliers who process information on our behalf, such as our IT service providers or professional advisors. They will have incidental access to your information but will be obliged to act only on our instructions and to keep your information secure;
